Thanksgiving is one of my favorite meals of the year — that moment when a bronzed bird comes out of the oven and the scent of butter and herbs fills the kitchen. But at Lola, the holiday gets a little extra sparkle from the Mediterranean flavors at the heart of what we do. This year’s menu gives classic dishes the Lola treatment: kalamata olives add a briny kick to the stuffing, harissa brings heat to roasted carrots, and tangy labneh brightens the mashed potatoes. Most of all, we’re grateful for our incredible team, whose care and craft make this Thanksgiving feast one to savor.
